Why Warranty Matters in Central Alberta

Alberta's climate is hard on buildings. Deep frost, freeze-thaw cycles and a wide annual temperature swing put real stress on foundations, building envelopes and mechanical systems — which is exactly what the 5-year envelope and 10-year structural coverage are designed to protect. It's also why we don't treat the warranty as paperwork at the end of the job. How a home is built in Red Deer determines whether those systems hold up over the decades the coverage spans.

Every home we build in Red Deer, Red Deer County, Sylvan Lake, Blackfalds, Lacombe and across Central Alberta is registered for warranty coverage before construction begins, as Alberta law requires.

Warranty coverage is included on every new custom home we build in Red Deer and Central Alberta.
